Shipping Costs

Deliveries within Germany

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery within Germany takes place within 2–3 days.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship all items together in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

For self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as the goods are ready for pickup and provide details on collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Deliveries outside Germany

The following delivery times apply when shipping to destinations outside Germany:

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery to other countries takes place within 5–7 days after order confirmation (in the case of prepayment, after receipt of your payment). Shipping costs can only be calculated once items have been added to the shopping cart.
