Pickups
Thanks to the Nick Silver Mr. Iggy humbuckers and the flexible circuit with 5 positions, you can always find the right sound with this bass. The pickups are inspired by the '51 P-Bass pickups. In single coil mode, the neck pickup delivers exactly that bony sound. Especially in the middle position, where both humbuckers are active, you will find a fat and brilliant slap sound. The Alnico V magnets are blackened give the short scale bass a distinctive look.
Electronics
The switch offers five pickup combinations: Neck Humbucker, Neck Single Coil, Neck and Bridge Humbucker in parallel, Bridge Single Coil, Bridge Humbucker. The pickup selection switch is easy to grip and for better orientation a scale shows the current position.
Wood & Hardware
High-quality hardware such as the Schaller 3D Bass bridge, the weight-optimized HipShot tuners or the handmade brass saddle are explicitly selected and manufactured to ensure the best possible handling and ergonomics. The body is made of two-piece alder. The neck is made of a European maple with standing annual rings with a fingerboard made of steamed oak. The unique 2-ply linoleum pickguard is very resistant to scratches and it just looks and feels amazing.
